INTRODUCTION.
It is a known fact that people engage in certain activities because of the rewards they will get from it.
However, one of our major objectives is to motivate youths through various empowerment programmes which will involve some rewards; this will help us to work perfectly together for the benefit of youth and adult in our society.
Nevertheless, to further contrast the saying "Empowerment, kills the restiveness in youth" Ogedengbe Initiative Forum was founded in 2009 as full fledged forum with a strategic intent to develop and empower the entire youths of Coker Aguda LCDA., thereby reducing the danger caused by idleness in our society.
Consequently, we have pursued with persistent dynamism and our solid desire to delight the entire youths and adults; to deliver on our promises; and by ethnical conduct of our charitable dealings, to ensure that all those we depend on to succeed are favorably disposed towards us.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INITIATIVE FORUM
1. To stimulate the interest of youths on empowerment activities, this makes them to be self-reliant and eventually lead to National Development.
2. To create an avenue through which the less privilege youths in the society could be assisted.
3. To enhance youth performance on daily activities, thereby building good, sound and sophisticated future leaders.
4. To project the image of the initiative forum in the eyes of the masses thereby making empowerment activities or experience more meaningful to the youths.
THE BENEFITS AND BENEFICIARIES OF INITIATIVE FORUM
The initiative is designed to touch various field of discipline such as vocational training, sports, school courses etc. The youths, will greatly enhance the ability and interest of empowerment activities.
GOVERNMENT
Our youth empowerment activities will serve as a good platform for government to improve on youth development, and also the image of such government is projected, this will consequently encourage corporate bodies as well as individuals in private and public sectors to contribute more to the development of youths in Nigeria.
THE LESS PRIVILEGED
The forum will serve as an avenue through which the less privilege youths in our society could be assisted.
CORPORATE BODIES
It will serve as an avenue for corporate organizations to contribute to the development of youths thereby fulfilling their Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR). Apart from fulfilling social responsibilities which may draw public attention to goods and services, company's products or services could also be advertise on our website, brochure and flayers which will go far to reach everyone in the society.
PARENTS AND GUARDIAN
The Children / Wards become useful to their parents / guardian as well as the society at large. It also serves as great avenue for many parents to be happy with their wards.

Our youth empowerment program is designed to reach everyone in the society through our online participation, this will go a long way to educate and empower the larger percentage of the populace.
